ROLE
Events large and small benefit from our hospitality services. For a smaller gathering where we are tasked with checking in guests off the provided guest list, our professional, engaging greeters and ushers will be available to direct your guests accordingly. For larger scale charity events, concerts or trade shows we provide experienced check in for attendees and will provide them with their credentials, maps and informational packets with the same professionalism and friendly demeanor. In either case, once inside the event our experienced and trusted coat check staff will handle your guest’s belongings with care and discretion.
Service
Friendly, courteous and most important- attitude free. You only get one chance to make a first impression and we offer a team of individuals who are ready to greet, check in and direct guests at your event. They are there to give you the extra support you may need to answer guests questions regarding the event; direct them to different areas or let guests know where the coat check is. Nights and Weekends Hospitality Staff is a fun way to greet your guests and direct them to the festivities, but the most important role they play is allowing you, the host, to enjoy your event and mingle with your guests rather than be stuck at the door all night!
