Our team of captains and leads will ensure that elements of a venue are ready before guests arrive, including the dining tables, bar, food, and beverages. During the event, they interact with you, the host to respond to any needs you may have and monitor the activities of workers and guests and respond to questions, complaints, or comments that may arise. Thus, ensuring quality service and perfect execution of large dinners, receptions and events that require food and beverages.

They will plan, prepare, and execute banquet activities with a goal of ensuring that you and your guests have an exceptional event experience.

All of our Leads and Captains maintain Beverage Service Certification and Food Handlers Certification


Service

When dealing with larger parties and special events, this is the most indispensable person you will have on your team. Nights and Weekends offers a full list of event supervision who are there to manage the other event staff, delegate responsibilities, trouble shoot & problem solve when necessary, and keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. Our captains and leads will be there to guarantee you are receiving high-quality service by working closely with kitchen staff and front of the house staff to ensure dining tables, bathrooms, food, and beverages are all ready prior to your event. Once an event is complete, they supervise all cleanup and storage efforts to make sure you have nothing to worry about.

These individuals will coordinate our team and be your point person should any special requests or last-minute adjustments arise so you experience a seamless event.
